Beauty & E-commerce

A K-beauty brand taken from nothing to a market-ready commerce engine.

Brand, store, content and paid acquisition — a full go-to-market for a new skincare label entering Bulgaria.

The challenge

Verde Seoul began as an idea: a premium, K-beauty-inspired skincare brand for the Bulgarian market. There was no brand, no store, no content, and no acquisition — just a founder and a conviction.

Launching a consumer brand from zero means every layer has to be built at once, and each one has to feel premium enough to justify the price.

Our approach

We ran the full go-to-market. It started with product sourcing strategy and a brand identity — name treatment, palette and packaging direction grounded in botanical skin science.

On top of the brand we built a custom e-commerce storefront with its own admin: products, orders, coupons, before-and-after galleries and a blog, all manageable by the founder. We set up the Instagram Shop, wrote a TikTok content playbook, and stood up the Meta ads infrastructure.

Because the launch market is Bulgaria, the storefront and launch assets ship localised — built for the audience that will actually buy.
