The challenge
In Bulgaria, homeowners struggle to find trustworthy, verified tradespeople — and good trades struggle to find a steady stream of qualified work. The matching that should be simple is anything but.
Our approach
We designed and built a two-sided marketplace from the ground up. Tradespeople create verified profiles; homeowners post jobs and get matched. Reviews and ratings build trust over time, and direct messaging keeps the conversation in one place.
Beneath it sits a Node and PostgreSQL backend with an admin layer for moderation and verification, paired with a fast React frontend.
