Step-Ahead Renovations is an active London renovation company — real clients, real margins, real growth pressure. As it grew, the operation was being run across spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp.

Leads arrived through half a dozen channels and were easy to lose. Quotes were assembled by hand. Scheduling lived in someone's head. Chasing payment was a weekly chore. The business was succeeding in spite of its tools, not because of them.

We designed and built a single operations platform for the whole funnel. A guided, multi-step enquiry form captures every lead with the detail needed to quote it. Quote generation is automated and consistent. Scheduling is Gantt-aware, so the calendar reflects real capacity.

Stripe payment links turn an accepted quote into collected cash without a phone call. A client portal keeps customers updated and reduces the back-and-forth. We even built an in-browser 3D bathroom designer so clients can visualise the work before it starts.

With the operational core in place, we rebuilt the marketing on top of it — a fast, search-ready website and lead channels that feed straight into the pipeline.

Quote-to-payment time dropped from weeks to days. Booked revenue per enquiry improved because no lead slips through the cracks. The admin time on every project fell.
